Toyota’s rear-wheel drive 86, known as the GT86 in Europe, has been named as the best coupe in the 2012 Scottish Car of the Year Awards. 11-years-old from Mafikeng
Botlhale Boikanyo, born and bred in Mafikeng, is the eldest of three children. She is now in grade 6 and loves school and church. Her philosophy in life is “Education + Jesus = Success”.
She continually finds herself in leadership positions at school and at church. She has been the top performing student in every grade and has been awarded for being the most confident learner in her school. She is also a member of Mmabana arts, culture, and sports club. Botlhale began reading and writing poetry at the age of 6 and says that it just came naturally to her. Khaya Mthethwa, South Africa’s first black Idol, is fast learning the price of fame after a mobbing incident in Durban left him with a scar and some users on social networks attributed it to a stabbing incident.
Claims that he had been stabbed or was in a car accident spread on Twitter over the weekend because of the wound.
But Mthethwa has since tweeted: “Wasn’t stabbed. No car accident. Now @Ballito. Meeting all my commitments. Vhembe Festival ur next! Then back yo Durban”. Continue reading
